Happy Brewday to all,

Meeting minutes:

6:25    Meeting Called to order

            President’s Comments

*      Introduction of new members.

*      Amendment to bylaws Article X  (Committees) vote will take place at the April meeting.

*      First round of regional judging for AHA Conference is in Tallahassee.  Bottle drop off at the brew shop or mail directly to Tallahassee.  Address on the AHA website.  Entries $8.00 for members.

*      Ciders entries are sent to New York.

*      Florida Homebrewer Circuit competition in July is Strong Ales and in September is Bocks.

*      AHA Big Brew is May 5.  Location TBA.  Recipes are on the AHA website.  Last year 8 brewers brewed 65 gallons.

*      Congratulations to Eric Luman of Seven Bridges for taking a Gold for his Pilsner and two Silver Medals for his Brown Ale and IPA.

*      AHA Membership Drive.  Walter has applications.

6:35    Vice President report on upcoming competitions.

*      This months Klub Contests are Extracts and Belgians.

*      Next months Klub only competition is Experimental brews.  Anything goes.  These do not have to conform to AHA guidelines.

6:37    Treasurer report

*      Not available

6:37    Secretary report

*      Last month meeting minutes read.

6:39    Open Floor

*      Klub shirts available at the brew shop.

*      Eric asked if anyone was interested in a malt talk from Southern Brewing Supply.

6:40     Tech Talk by Jim

*      Off flavors in beer.

6:45    Meeting Adjourned

*      Inter-Klub competition started.
