6:10 Meeting Called
to order
President’s
Comments
Introduction of new
members and visitors.
Motion to approve Ken
and Janet as Honorary Members. Motion carried.
New Brew Shop location
announced.
The Big Brew will be
at the new shop.
Volunteers need to
help move to the new shop.
Ken has Summit hops
available for the Griffin Spit IPA recipe.
Members interested in
a Klub equipment build let one of the officers know.
No update on the food
and beer pairing.
6:20 Discussion on
Bylaws Article X Committees and Article XI Voting
Voting on these will
take place at the May meeting.
Article X adds a
committee for Fund Raising, Special Events, Competition
Article XI Voting adds
that a majority of members in good standing present for a vote (or
who submit a vote via email or phone prior to the meeting) will
carry or defeat a motion. An item to be voted on by the membership
will be brought up as new business, discussed at the next regular
meeting and voted on the following meeting.
