And Now on to the minutes from yesterday’s meeting:

6:09 Meeting called to order

        New members introduced

6:10  Discussed new meeting time

         Hold meeting at 3 pm (0 votes)

         Hold meeting at 6 pm (4 votes)

         Hold meeting at alternating times, 3 pm on old numbered months, 6 pm on even numbered months (9 votes)

         Motion passes to hold meeting on an alternating schedule: 3 pm on old # months (Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sep, Nov) and 6 pm on even # months

         (Feb, Apr,  Jun,  Aug, Oct, Dec)

6:18 Discussed forming the Beer Judge Cert Program study group

6:19 Discussed the AHA conf later this month and the Klub is trying to get discounted members fee’s for joining the AHA

6:23 Discussed the Club only comps

            Mead submissions for the Aug comp are to be submitted for judging at the Jul meeting

            Stout submissions for the Oct comp are to be submitted for judging at the Sep meeting

            Light Hybrid submissions for the Nov comp are to be submitted for judging at the Oct meeting.

6:30 Open Discussion

        It was recommend that the Klub get name tags for members. (under cost analysis)

6:32 Jim conducts a kegging infomercial (Very informative, thanks Jim)
