Recipe Type: Extract

Fermentables

6.6 lbs wheat malt extract

Hops

1 oz Hallertauer hops (boil 60 minutes)

Yeast

Wyeast Bavarian wheat yeast

Procedure: 

Boil extract and hops. Dump in fermenter with enough cold water to make 5 gallons. Pitch yeast.
