The Medal of the Year award is given to the member who achieves the highest honors in brewing and representing CASK at Florida Circuit and AHA/BJCP sanctioned events. Points are awared as follows:
5 points awared for Best of Show in a sanctioned competition
4 points awarded for 1st Place in a sanctioned competition
3 points awarded for 2nd Place in a sanctioned competition
2 points awarded for 3rd Place in a sanctioned competition
2 points awarded for Representing CASK as a Judge at a sanctioned competition
2 points awarded for Representing CASK as a Steward at a sanctioned competition
1 point awarded for Entering a Beer in a sanctioned competition
1 point awarded for Representing CASK by Attending a sanctioned competition
