Please plan to attend our next meeting on Saturday, April 8th at Seven Bridges Grille & Brewery.  Please note that April’s meeting was previously scheduled to be at Green Room but had to be moved because it conflicted with an event on the same weekend.  As usual, social hour starts at 6 p.m. and the business meeting starts at 7 p.m. If you can help judge or steward, please arrive at 5 p.m.

An informational session on Common Homebrew Off Flavors (Part 2) will start at 6:00pm.

This month’s Interklub Competition is German Wheat Beer (BJCP Category 10)

Please Include the Category and Subcategory on the entry label. Handwrite it if needed.

Please pre-register your beer on the CASK website and drop off your beer at Just Brew It in Riverside by EOB Friday or bring it to the meeting by 5 p.m. on Saturday.

Two Bottles per entry. 1 Entry per person.

FL Homebrew Circuit Announcements

Congrats to the CASK members who won ribbons at the NHC Regional Competition in Tampa!  Their winning beers will be advancing to the final round of NHC in June.  A list of winners can be found in the Meeting agenda.

Entry windows for the next two circuit competitions, Hogtown Brewoff and the Sunshine Challenge, open on May 1st.  Both competitions have entry caps and will likely fill up quickly so plan on entering your beers May 1st!  A reminder will be sent out so that we get as many CASK beers in these competitions as possible.
