Pablo Gomez from White Labs will be doing a presentation on Advanced Fermentation Techniques and yeast needs. This is a great opportunity to learn and ask questions about yeast, pitch rates, starter or no starter, nutrients, etc. The presentation starts at 7pm and will be at the Bold City Brewery on Rosselle Street in Riverside.
